Description: D&D HR Solutions is seeking an Executive Support Brand Manager for a client based in Omaha, Nebraska. The Executive Support Brand Manager provides direct Administrative, Marketing, and Brand support and is responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. The Executive Support Brand Manager will present consultative advice on achieving short-and long-term brand-related business objectives. The Executive Support Brand Manager combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue. Works independently to create innovative branding campaigns. The Executive Support Brand Manager also completes a variety of administrative tasks and support to the senior-level manager.
Additional duties and responsibilities of the position include:
ο§ Creating marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
ο§ Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media messages, including advertising, television commercials, multimedia, product development, and brand management
ο§ Identifying research needs, executing research studies and projects, and analyzing research in order to identify opportunities
ο§ Defines and manages the brand communication strategy using media including the design and implementation of social media strategies to align with business goals
ο§ Grows and expands social media presence into new social media platforms while increasing presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
ο§ Owns the development and messaging of the brand narrative
ο§ Stays current on market trends and competitive activity
ο§ Creates, executes, and manages marketing programs and campaigns
ο§ Negotiating television commercial airtime and broadcasting schedules
ο§ Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, utilizes this information to create comprehensive reports as well as improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
ο§ Loading videos and mp3s to online platforms & website
ο§ Tracks and keeps software and media accounts current
ο§ Establishing objectives and reporting on Return on Investment (ROI)
ο§ Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
ο§ Offers new ideas to develop and increase brand awareness (i.e. promotions and competitions), suggesting and implementing new features
ο§ Handling multiple tasks and managing time effectively under the pressure of tight time constraints
ο§ Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
ο§ Establishing specific objectives and reporting on Return on Investment (ROI)
ο§ Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content on a daily basis (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
ο§ Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews
ο§ Overseeing social media accountsβ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout) while remaining current with technologies and applications
ο§ Act as the point of contact among clients and other external partners
ο§ Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
ο§ Manage calendars and set up meetings
ο§ Prepares weekly, monthly, or quarterly report,
ο§ Format information for internal and external communication β memos, emails, presentations, reports
ο§ Screens and directs phone calls and distributes correspondence
Position Qualifications: To perform the Executive Support Brand Manager duties successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and ability required of the company:
ο§ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public relations, or related field;
ο§ 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management;
ο§ Experience managing a brand across multiple markets;
ο§ Creative, Strategic thinker, able to identify long-term opportunities and trends and problem solver;
ο§ Strong communication skills;
ο§ Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques;
ο§ Excellent MS Office knowledge;
