Not every project needs to a total cut and gut restoration job. If we are able to we will save everything possible to keep your remediation and rebuild costs as low as they can be. This client called on an old dishwasher leak and had concerns over having to do a complete kitchen remodel. Insurance denied the claim so we explored every option with them. We were able to remove and save the cabinets, remediate the subfloor and only remove the impacted wood floors. Rebuild is a couple weeks out so knowing that they spent a lot of time barefoot in the kitchen we cut a rug to size and installed it over the subfloor in the interim. Savings due to strategic demo and restoration are over $20k.

Just before Christmas a friend of a friend had a sink overflow that ended up in their toddlers bedroom. Due to a 2nd layer of old ceiling drywall we couldn’t just dry the materials and had to remove a good portion of old and new damages. They wanted to get through the end of the year before having the rebuild completed, so we decided to add some pieces of flair on top of the ceiling containment. Hopefully the only thing remembered from the event is just a future request from their son to have a decorated ceiling someday.
