If you recent received an email from Blackbaud saying your “From” address is not properly DKIM configured…

Congratulations. You’ve officially entered the part of nonprofit tech where everyone suddenly becomes an email authentication expert overnight.

The good news? This is fixable. And, it’s important.

Starting July 1, email providers are getting much stricter about authentication. If DKIM isn't configurated correctly, your donation receipts and emails from Online Express, Online Giving, RE NXT, BBMS/BIP, NetCommunity, Luminate Online, Altru, and Blackbaud CRM could fail to send or land in SPAM.
