Are you ever tempted to jump in with the answer before anyone finishes the question?

Many high-achieving leaders rise because they know things. But sometimes that very strength becomes the blind spot that holds them back.

Leaders aren’t robots, and pretending to be “objective” doesn’t make us fairer, it makes us unaware.

Bias is inevitable. What matters is how we recognize and respond to it. The most effective leaders don’t deny bias; they work to disrupt it.
