Let’s start the week off by celebrating your success!

One of our clients took over a practice at the beginning of the year and made the decision to decrease the schedule because it did not provide a good work-life balance. We helped the client make a goal to increase the Receipts Per Patient (RPP), along with overhauling their schedule template. At the beginning of the year, their RPP was $600. Without adding any new instrumentation or specialties and just working with them and their team, on improving their capture rate and flow, their RPP is now $617! That’s a $50K increase in revenue!
