A machine that’s been running for 7 years — what does the operator really think? 👀

GREENMAX visited Living Spaces in the U.S. and spoke with machine operator Lawrence about his real-world experience using the M-C300 hot melting machine for EPS furniture packaging.

♻️ 7 years in operation, still running strong
Lawrence said the machine has had no major issues over the years. There was one internal fix, and the operator had it repaired and restarted in about 30 minutes.

🔧 Easy maintenance, easy to train
According to Lawrence, daily maintenance is simple and the machine is not difficult to operate, which also makes employee training straightforward.

“On a light day, we may run it about 4 hours. On a heavier day, it can run 8 hours — and basically 7 days a week.”
