LOOKING FOR ONE GUY

Sign printing employee is responsible for designing, fabricating and installing various types of signs. Requiring creativity, technical skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Design and layout: Design, fabricate and install signs using various materials like vinyl, acrylic, magnetic and metal.
2. Fabrication: Utilize materials like vinyl, acrylic, metal and wood to produce signs. This includes cutting, printing and assembly.
3. Installation: Ensure proper installation of signs on buildings, poles, vehicles or other structures. This may involve using ladders, scaffolding or bucket truck.
4. Customer Service: Interact with clients to discuss design choices, provide quotes and address any modifications or complaints.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software. (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Flexi-sign-helpful but not necessary)
2. Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
3. Physical Abilities: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods, as well as work at heights during installation.
4. Communications Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and fellow employees.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Experience: Previous experience in a sign manufacturing environment is preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Work Environment: The role may involve working in a shop environment as well as on-site installations, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
2. Random drug testing at owner’s expense.
3. TNT Signs and Graphics is a smoke-free workplace. Smoking in designated areas only.
