Dasch In Thrift Shoppe will be open!! After being closed the last two years, at this time cash only or Zelle please!! It will be a great night to sell, buy, listen to music, and donate to our cause..

Here’s how to participate: bring some chairs and a table if you’d like to sell some stuff. There will be some minimal lighting, so bring a solar lantern if you have one (or a few). We will have you set up along the walkway at Mt.View Plaza. If you want to sell out of your trunk, it would be cool if you backed into the parking spaces. if you’re just coming to hang out, park at the dirt lot on Sycamore. Dasch In Thrift Store may be opening, so bring a few bucks to score some cool gear! If you dig the event, consider donating at riot to invest in community events in the future!

Do I believe in signs from our loved ones? Do I believe Brian Cody put his light on to let me know he is with me? That he still supports me? After having a hard conversation I walked outside to smell the freshness from the rain, to feel maybe a lingering raindrop on my face, to take a deep breath and speak to the Heavens! To let Brian Cody know how much I love and miss him..😢💔
I haven't gone over yet this morning to make sure he turned the light off at sunrise because he knows I will give him a lecture on wasting electricity and raising our electric bill 🤣🙃

As most residents and Friends in Oracle and surrounding areas know. Dasch In Thrift Shoppe has been closed for many months while I was caring for my son, Brian
I would like to extend help to anyone that has lost their homes by this devastating fire to get in touch and I will meet you at the store to pick whatever you want/need. You would need to DM or call me ( 520-336-8750) to set up a time!
And to be honest with the length of time and heartbreak of my son passing, I do not remember what I have!! Lots of clothes, dishes, books, shoes etc.

" Happy Mothers Day"
A mothers love is peace
The smile on her face when she first sees her newborn
is as precious as observing the stars on a moonlit night
Or a rainbow after the storm
The soft words of her prayer at bedtime
The warm hand that protected us from evil
The words she sang from a silly song
to make us giggle and stop the argument
As we volunteered her to make the cupcakes
Beg forgiveness when our night turns to early morning
How proud she was with the birth of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren
As I look at Brian Cody's pictures this morning and remember last year as he handed me flowers
I can smell the fragrance of the roses from Crickett and Dana in memory of Brian.
I make my bed and brush all the cookie crumbs to the floor
from the cookies Autumn sent (I was eating them in bed!)
and the pictures of my children and grand children so far away
my heart is filled with an unconditional love
I look to the Heavens and think of my son and mom
Mom taught me about love and Brian Cody taught me what is important in life
To all my family and friends
Who are moms now and forever
Who are close to their mom today
Who through the years have lost their mom
Who in the last few days feel the hurt and pain of being a grieving mom
God has granted our family
Each moment and day we should treasure this gift
from a Daughter,Sister, Mom, Grandmother and great grandmother that is very blessed

The moon had shared
its splender in the quiet

The sweet sound of birds

gently reach my ears
my steps slowing down

mountains
I stare at the clouds
showing their beauty
in color and shapes
The dawn is so quiet
you can hear
the angles' wings
of God and loved ones
who embrace us
