Here a reminder.

Even if your dryer vent goes out the side of your house. You should still get it cleaned. I was called out for the dryer taking 2 to 3 times to dry a regular load. This was less then 9 months after the last company came out. With this much restriction it was overheating the dryer causing the element to shut off early.

Who needs a garage refrigerator?

They can be main refrigerators to but some have scratches on the doors. $250-$300 with free local delivery. Currently have 6 but have roughly 100 more coming.

Another day, another clogged up dryer vent. This vent hasn't been cleaned in 8 years. This was only half of the lint that was cleaned out.

Remember if the company you hire doesn't get on the roof, they're not doing it right.

YES thats what you think it is. This is just 1 more reason why to make sure you take care of any pest problem. This burner failed due to roaches burning out the coil. 7 separate roaches in this picture and more that fell out pulling it off. These glasstop burners can get pricey. Sometimes 3x the cost of annual pest services. Feel free to reach out for all your appliance needs or recommendations for an awesome pest control company.

Once again we have a don't always trust the more "affordable" repair company. This customer contacted me today in regards to a repair quote she received from another company. She stated the belt and motor pulley broke off. She was quoted $416 because it has to come as an "assembly." I was able to replace the belt, pulley and 2 rollers for $233 nearly half the cost.
