Intention allows you to move in a way that aligns with your purpose, values, and even the abundance you are worthy of. 💛

👉Start here: Get clear about your purpose, vision, values, and goals. This can be as simple as listing them where you can see them. Next, with each decision you make and action you take, pause and reflect on how it aligns with these things.

We can't show up and give what we don't have ☝️

As business owners, our own inner work and self-development are crucial for the success of our business. When we prioritize our personal growth, it directly translates to how we show up for ourselves, our teams, and our clients or customers. 💛

It allows us to be more confident, resilient, compassionate, effective, and intentional in our daily work--and the list goes on! In turn, showing up this way inspires those around you in the same ways. Investing in our inner growth is something we all should be including in our strategies if we want sustainable success (keyword: sustainable).

What might it mean to be a "Conscious" business owner?

A conscious business owner is someone who operates their business from a mindful, intentional, and present place. 💛

They are mindful to speak, make decisions, and act in a way that cares not only for their well-being but for the good of those around them--such as their teams, their clients, the planet, etc.

When we operate a business from this place we begin to shift from focusing on the "shoulds" of business at the expense of values and alignment...to placing values and purpose at the center of what we do, creating a ripple effect of positive change and inviting abundance and alignment. 🌎

What would it look like if we made room for our intuition (or some call it our "gut")?

When we are in the business of doing GOOD and operating for the highest good of ourselves, our stakeholders, and the planet...we should be putting this front and center in all of our decisions with intention. Everything else false into place 💛

Our ego will remind us of the "shoulds" 🥲 but you will be blown away by what happens when you practice letting your ego take a backseat...and following what feels aligned for you and your highest self.

When you do this--you begin to heal yourself, your team, your communities...the world because it teaches us a new way. A new way that gives us permission to feel aligned in our work and life.

If things ever feel off, you're not alone.

Have you ever had something out of alignment in your neck or back and it feels SO uncomfortable and starts to make it challenging to function or move other areas of your body easily? Then, maybe you go to get adjusted, and now you can think clearer and move a lot easier!

I’m not sure if that's a perfect analogy 😆 but the point is that if one thing is out of alignment in your business (whether that is your habits, a type of clientele, a company culture, a system, a process, a platform, etc) it can create a ripple effect of symptoms across your organization.

Once you start focusing on being more aware and intentional, you can start taking that intentional action toward alignment 🙏🏽

My favorite part of what I do is helping my clients get the clarity they need. I absolutely love being a sounding board and a source of wisdom for those that I support 💛

When challenges arise in your business, sometimes the “easiest” thing to do is find something (or someone) else to blame 🫣

While those things or people can 100% play a part in these challenges or unfavorable results—what your stakeholders really need to see from you is your ability to take accountability and take responsibility.

This might look like slowing down to listen to your team members, this might look like saying “I’m sorry, I should have done XYZ but I forgot—let's talk about how we can get make this right”, or this might look like opening up to receive feedback on a regular basis. 😅 *whew*

Our ego will read this and panic but don’t worry, it’s allowed to feel scary. At a young age, we start conditioning ourselves to do whatever it takes to protect ourselves (enter, our ego). Just know that on the other side of this scary thing—there’s growth. There’s respect. There’s collaboration. There’s peace.

Long time no see!
