Meet Finn, the only other employee at Evolving Tree. 🐾

He joins me on sessions sometimes because honestly? He's a buffer, a request, and occasionally way more effective than I could ever be. My teen clients especially love him, and today he was more needed than I was.

There's something he does that I simply can't do with all my words and training. He just shows up. His furry little face, his big giant heart, his absolute silliness. No agenda, no advice, no trying to fix anything. Just pure presence. And somehow that's exactly what cuts through when nothing else can. Kids relax. Teens open up. The whole energy in the room shifts because of a goofy little dog who has no idea how powerful he is.

He's not certified. He's not trained in anything except being Finn. And sometimes that's the most healing thing in the room.

Some teens don’t need a whole program. They just need a calm, consistent space to talk.

That’s what Coastal Conversations is.
This summer I’m offering a 3-session package to support teens who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, pressure, or just feeling disconnected.

These sessions are:
• 1:1, relaxed, and outdoors at the beach
• Focused on emotional wellness, coping tools, and life prep
• Flexible in scheduling and pace

This is for teens who need a place to reset — and parents who want to offer support without it feeling like a lecture.
