Client Calls and says we have an AI image we would like to print. Other shops seem to not want the job. They wanted BIG 22” prints and they need to recreate the art. This client was very particular as to their needs. Someone would say they seem to have their mindset on exactly what they wanted and did not want to settle. I explained to her why the other shops weren’t so willing to work with her because her expectations were set higher than what even state of the art shops like ours could produce mainly for the price they wanted. Instead of just shooting them down, we took the time to explained in detail why the other shops were either giving her outrageous prices or just plain out saying no.

Once it was explained to her, she completely understood, and we were able to create a design that would fit her needs and also her budget. Here at Vibes Ink we take the “Jerry Maguire” style of business. Less Clients = More Attention and Higher Satisfaction. Some people don’t need the high quality that our shop is producing and need more economical printing.

We have never claimed to be the cheapest print shop in town nor are we the most expensive. But as a family run and operated business, I can guarantee you that no one will deliver better customer service or care more about your printing than My wife, My Son and Myself. The name may have changed, but we have been offering the same quality product for over 10 years locally in Orange Park, Florida and we will continue for another 10 years!
