I’m ShawnToya Jones, owner of ACT Now Financial Services, LLC. My daughter and I have been here in Clay County since 2012. Outside of work, I love to spend time with family and friends, travel, play board games, pop up on my Realtor friends at their open houses, and find reasons to laugh because life and business are both serious enough already!
I started my career as a tax auditor and later worked in accounting and tax roles for private and publicly traded multibillion-dollar companies. Along the way, I realized that small business owners deserved access to that same level of financial knowledge, without all the jargon, judgment, or overwhelm.
That’s what led me to start ACT Now Financial Services back in 2017! We help business owners turn confusing numbers into clear, confident action so they can make more revenue, keep more profit, and spend less time wondering if their business is actually doing okay.
The most rewarding part of it all is watching someone go from avoiding their numbers to finally understanding what they mean, feeling more confident about where their business stands, and knowing we’re here to support them through what comes next. If looking at your business finances gives you more questions than answers, that’s exactly where we come in!
Being a business owner can get pretty isolating, so I love being part of a Chamber that creates opportunities to build real relationships with other local business owners and professionals. It gives us all a chance to learn from one another, support one another, and stay connected to what’s happening in our business community.
