Had a candy drive? Join the 2025 CPS CARE & CANDY DRIVE FOR OUR TROOPS in partnership with USO Inland Empire!

We at CPS are extending a heartfelt invitation to everyone in Orange County and the surrounding areas who plan to exchange Halloween candy. Your contribution can make a significant difference in the lives of our brave service members.

Candy might seem like a simple pleasure, but it's a valuable commodity on military bases because of its limited availability and high cost. As service members transit through our Inland Empire USO centers during deployments and training, they often need essential items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, mouthwash, deodorant, and sunscreen.

Once again this year, we are collecting these much-needed items to support our troops. The USO Inland Empire tirelessly serves approximately 7,000 service members each month, offering critical support and programming across Southern California's vast military installations, covering over 56,000 square miles.

The USO center at Ontario International Airport is one of the largest in the United States, and it operates with just two staff members and over 120 dedicated volunteers.

To make your contribution, CPS is ready to assist in two ways:

We will gladly pick up these essential items from your location.
You are welcome to drop off your donations at our office, conveniently located at:
Address: 326 West Katella Avenue, Suite 4-G, Orange, CA 92802.
