BOLO: At-Risk Missing 13yr old girl from Poway, CA.

13-year-old Cassidy Chan was last seen April 26, 2022, just before 3:30 PM at her home located near the 18000 block of Heritage Drive.

The Sheriff's Search and Rescue Unit is working with the Poway Sheriff's Station and the Sheriff's Juvenile Services Group to locate Chan and her dog. Presiding Judge Kevin C. Brazile today issued a revised mandatory face mask order that prohibits the use of face masks with valves in all Los Angeles County courthouses. The new Order also requires that face masks be worn beneath face shields except as required by a physician.

Missing as of 8:30pm 10/10/2020. From the Kearney Mesa Area of San Diego, CA. Closest to the 15.
Deacon is 17 yo male, 5’9” and approximately 150lbs. He has dark brown curly hair and likes to pic it out into a fro. Deacon has blue/green hazel eyes and long, thick dark eyelashes. Deacon has a large mole on his upper lip. Deacon has several disabilities including high-function Autism and is currently experiencing a psychotic break. He is a danger to himself and possibly others. If spotted DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENGAGE HIM, contact the local police immediately and report his location.

On June 25, 2020 Katelyn Schwindt posted a message on her page. She said she was at the Pala Casino the night prior and thought she was possibly drugged and assaulted. She was unable to provide her location. There are unconfirmed leads that she might be in Oceanside.
For those of you that live in that area please keep an eye out for her

Witness located! Two weeks of research, field efforts, and a pre-dawn initiated stakeout, the witness was found and served with a subpoena for trial. The witness had vacated their own residence and is staying at another person's residence. The witness was surprised, and the attorney-client was super happy. Key witness!
