LCPtracker has over 200 government agencies and 25,000 contractors using it already. LCPtracker reduces the man hours needed by our clients to manually review hundreds of certified payroll records for any given project. This reduction is achieved by the contractor entering all of their information into an online certified payroll reporting form. LCPtracker will flag any error or omission discrepancies the contractor may have on his report. The contractor has immediate feedback of any violations. LCPtracker, Inc. maintains and upgrades the software to keep up-to-date prevailing wage rates and notifies all parties involved of any violation.

Employee Spotlight: Mick Galvin ✨

Meet Mick Galvin, Chief Legal Officer at , who has been part of the company for seven years. Mick began his LCPtracker journey as a board member before joining the organization full time. Today, he helps manage legal and business risks, supports sales and revenue initiatives, and provides strategic counsel to the CEO and Executive Team.

For Mick, one of the most meaningful parts of working at LCPtracker is learning from the people around him. He values the team’s collaborative spirit and shared desire to continually improve, both individually and collectively.

Outside of his legal leadership role, Mick is a vinyl collector, amateur carpenter, enthusiastic cook, and former equestrian showjumping instructor. 🏇

Meet Colin, our latest Employee Spotlight! ✨️

When Colin Hamilton joined more than 14 years ago, he saw an opportunity to help a growing company become a nationwide leader. Today, as Assistant Manager of Customer Success, he continues to support that growth by helping clients, assisting coworkers, and creating meaningful relationships through personal connection.

One of Colin’s proudest areas of professional growth has been public speaking. What once made him nervous has become a strength, and he has now trained thousands of LCPtracker users.

When he is not helping clients, you can find Colin supporting Manchester United, spending time with his triplets and dog Aggie, or dreaming about a future trip to Australia. ✈️

Last week, we had the opportunity to be part of something really special. 🤝

NAWIC Gr Kansas City Chapter #100 brought together high school girls for a free, week-long experience designed to introduce them to the many paths within the construction industry—from hands-on trades to long-term career opportunities. 👷‍♀️

We’re proud to have had our volunteer their time throughout the week, supporting and encouraging the next generation of builders. The event was led by our own Kayla Taormina as chair, alongside a dedicated committee whose collective effort brought the entire experience to life.

These moments go beyond a single week. They open doors, build confidence, and show young women what’s possible in an industry that’s shaping our world every day.
