A proper advance means understanding the airport, knowing the client’s arrival and exit points, coordinating with FBO or airport personnel, and having a clear plan for how the client will move to the vehicle.
At an FBO, building professional relationships with staff can help the team coordinate timing and access. At a commercial airport, protectors have to work around security restrictions, curbside limitations, vehicle staging, and changing flight information. Clear communication between the team is critical so the vehicle is ready and the client can be moved efficiently.
