Pretty pumped about this after & before of our recent stage.

Please notice the annoying ac plug that glares at you in the before picture. We did some strategic furniture and art placement and viola! Not completely gone, but much better.

We’re trying to rewrite the narrative from being “busy” to “productive.” At the end of the day while it’s good to be busy in business, it’s better to be productive. One feels more purposeful and intent on a life/work well spent.

“Go out and put good things into the world.”

It’s been a busy few weeks and we are currently working on helping prepare a home for the market.

I thought I would drop a few pointers for those that are interested in selling their home or for fellow realtors that have clients that are still living in the home (we call this an occupied stage).

1. Pack up any personal belongings. Extra clutter, family pictures, etc should be boxed and put away early for the move.

2. Get the carpets cleaned, hire a Gardner to pull weeds and get the outside ready just as much as the interior needs to be ready.

3. ((And most important!!))
Work with a professional stager who knows what it takes to get your house ready.

I love working in real estate and I hope it shows. Helping my clients and fellow agent’s clients get their homes ready for a quick and high sale is my passion.

Thankfully, that is not a deter to buying this home that just hit the market. Open house starts today and there are 10 showings already booked. 🙌
