Moisture around an AC unit is common. It generates condensation as long as it’s working. Outside and inside this byproduct needs drainage. Your indoor coil sits on a pan that collects dust. Over the years it can plug up. Purge these lines and always be sure liquid is not entering the electrical.

Now is the most important time to be concerned about the health of your furnace nine times out of 10 motors go out because of heavy accumulation of dirt in the squirrel cage Filters not changed ? time to get a second set of eyes on your furnace just to keep things on the up and up. Mr Furnace

For those of you with 90 % and above furnaces, be sure to make sure the drain lines are not freezing up. You can find them outside where the exhaust is mounted. Also be sure filters are not restricting airflow this will cause overheating Good luck, Jerry
