The kit includes a box, paperwork to fill out, and a shipping label to send to the company. It returns to you in a few weeks clean and preserved in a “window” box. Reach out to us and we will send an invoice get the kit right out to you!

A recent “before and after”. This bride wanted to have a n**e back illusion instead of an ivory one. So, it was deconstructed and then reconstructed with the n**e color. The lace and line details were added back similar to the original.

In honor of Mother’s Day I’d like to share a very sweet Mother/Daughter dress story. Mom purchased this dress at Kleinfelds in the 80’s. It was a silk/alencon lace dress with puffy sleeves and a bubble hem. Daughter wanted to wear it so we removed the sleeves, “de-puffed” the skirt and updated the style. What a fun project it was!

A beautiful dress with sleeves added by the designer. Unfortunately with a low back on the dress, sleeves often tend to fall off the shoulder. Fashion tape can help to keep them up, but a second option is a keyhole back. That is what we did to this dress and it turned out fabulous! Buttons and loops were added to the center back after the fitting. Best part is the bride will not have to think about it or struggle with it on her wedding day!

Aren’t they the cutest!? Their mama was a bride from a few years back that wanted to use her dress to make something pretty for her girls. I cut off the train and rehemmed using the lace on the bodice of these dresses. Some projects you just can’t say no to - even though it is not “technically” a wedding gown!
