What an unforgettable Mother's Day weekend at Uncork Me Wisconsin.

As a lead sponsor, we were honored to spend the day sharing our grape juices, meeting new faces, reconnecting with familiar friends, and celebrating the incredible Wisconsin wine community.

From the first pour to the final conversations of the day, we were reminded how grateful we are for the support you've shown our family-owned business. Every visit to our booth, every tasting, and every kind word meant more than you know.

As we begin this new chapter (formerly Mitchell Vineyard), we’re excited to grow our team and are currently looking for a Seasonal Vineyard Steward to join us this season.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being around the vines, and being part of the seasonal rhythm of vineyard life.

The role includes hands-on vineyard work throughout the growing season — from caring for the vines to helping prepare for harvest.

Whether you're a grape lover, wine enthusiast, student, or someone who simply enjoys working with your hands in nature, we would love to hear from you.

Welcome to Paisa Vines & Wines
Formerly known as Mitchell Vineyard

After nearly 50 years of grape growing, Mitchell Vineyard is beginning a new chapter under the stewardship of the Osorio Rocke family. We are honored to carry forward the incredible legacy that Dave Mitchell built and to continue the tradition of growing quality grapes in this beautiful place just outside Madison.

While the name is evolving to Paisa Vines & Wines, the heart of the vineyard remains the same — a place rooted in community, hard work, and a deep appreciation for the land and the grapes that grow here.

As we step into this new season, we’re excited to share more of vineyard life with you — from pruning in the early spring, to watching the vines flourish through the summer, to the excitement of harvest and winemaking in the fall.

We are also currently hiring seasonal vineyard workers and are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of the rhythm of the vineyard.

If you are a grape lover, wine enthusiast, or someone who simply enjoys working with your hands in nature, we would love to hear from you. That’s a wrap for our Pick-Your-Own season! 🌿 We’re Still Pouring Joy! 🍷

Our vines are taking a well-deserved nap after a beautiful harvest.
But guess what? 👀

You can still pick Concord grapes — by appointment only! 🍇

For our grape lovers:
Half-gallon frozen juice is ready to take home, taste summer all year long!
Winemakers, we’ve got 5-gallon buckets of grape must waiting for your next batch of magic!

Our full 11-variety vineyard experience returns Fall 2026 — and trust us, it’ll be worth the wait.

🍇 Last Chance for Fall Picking at Mitchell Vineyard!

The season is winding down, but we still have Concord grapes ripe and ready for harvest this weekend! Saturday and Sunday October 4th and 5th! Open 10am until 4pm!

Our juicy grape clusters are perfect for fresh eating, sweet juice, and/or jam.
Frozen options such as frozen juice and frozen must are available. Call for more details!
We may also have a small amount of Foch and Petite Pearl left in the rows — so if you’ve been waiting to try these unique wine grapes, now’s the time to come out before they’re gone!

We’ll have fresh-picked and pressed Concord juice available, along with grapes ready to take home in 5-gallon buckets for your own winemaking, juicing, or jam-making.

This is the final stretch of our harvest — don’t miss out!

👉 Bring family and friends, enjoy the vineyard, and stock up on the last of this season’s grapes.
