At Mara Restoration, workplace safety isn't just a priority—it's our commitment to every team member on our construction sites. From January 20th to January 23rd, we dedicated ourselves to enhancing our safety protocols through comprehensive training.
**Training Highlights:**
Our team participated in the OSHA 30-Hour Construction course, expertly led by Justin Williams from the Core Safety Group. Across four engaging days, our 25 dedicated participants—including our superintendent, foremen, journeymen, and apprentices—immersed themselves in 30 hours of critical training.
This program empowered us to:
- Recognize and understand health and safety hazards common on construction sites.
- Develop strategies to avoid and prevent workplace incidents.
- Master situational management for safer work environments.
A huge thank you goes out to the local businesses that supported us during this essential training:

**Costa Deli** in Ambler filled our lunch breaks with mouthwatering hot roast pork and meatball sandwiches—definitely a highlight of our training!
**Luciani’s Pizza** in Fort Washington treated us to their amazing pizza and wings, perfect for keeping spirits high during our sessions. Special shoutout to Mike and his sons, Rocco and Alex!
**Giuliano’s Deli** in Glenside provided fantastic hoagie trays and side salads that kept us all well-fed and ready to learn. Thank you, Marcella, Nicole, Jeff, Krissa, and Gabrielle!
**First Contact HR**, led by Sean, Mike, and Bob, for seamlessly coordinating a mobile fingerprinting event on Day 3 of our training.
