I am a freelance photographer specializing in weddings and portraits.

My passion is to enhance beauty and make people feel good about themselves. I aim to capture both candid and perfectly posed images, and have been doing so for the past 6 years. I also have a background in makeup artistry, modeling, graphic design, painting, and other art forms. I consider myself a true artist. I specialize in bridal and beauty, but also have experience in fashion, editorial, and commercial. I stay on top of the latest fashion trends to bring fresh ideas to my clients, while understanding that each person has a unique style and taste. I consult with my clients to work out a look that they feel confident and beautiful in, and even encourage them to step out of thier comfort zone and try something new! Such a natural beauty! Soft makeup and pretty curls created a timeless bridal look for the gorgeous Hannah. We also found her the most perfectly color matched extensions to give her some length and fullness. Chefs kiss! 🤌🏻

Like most of my brides, we used airbrush makeup and her skin was flawless. 🙌🏻

The beautiful Sophia! We went with very natural bridal makeup for this pretty girl and paired it with sculpted Hollywood waves. 😍 Since rain was in the forecast, extra hold hairspray and smoothing products definitely came in handy. Thankfully, she told me afterward that everything held up beautifully despite the weather. 🙌🏻

One thing I always do after trial runs is take detailed notes for myself to revisit later. On the wedding day, we reviewed those notes, kept almost everything the same, and just made a couple small tweaks.

So I thought I’d share a little peek into my trial notes. Just a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating a custom bridal look. (And yes… I write these notes in a way future me will understand 😆)

“Incredibly sweet! Very dry skin, used ultra hydrating skin prep to start. Has hormonal acne, so spot-concealed first and kept foundation sheer elsewhere. Nose area was red/dry (almost flaky), so softly exfoliated with moisturizer on a Q-tip, then used Silksphere airbrush makeup there. No false lashes, just mascara. Minimal, barely-there eyeshadow. Very light bronzer and blush. Clear brow gel only. Natural nude-pink lip. Trial was makeup only.

For wedding day hair: Forecast looks rainy. Use smoothing products + freeze hold hairspray to fight humidity.”

Soft glam updo 🤌🏻

A higher updo like this hairstyle looks amazing with these 2 neckline styles (in my personal opinion!):

1) a high neckline that mirrors the hairstyle’s lifted structure, such as a boatneck, or turtleneck or mock turtleneck, halter top, etc. This way, the neckline and fabric won’t compete with your hair. (this one is my personal fave)

2) a neckline that leave the chest and shoulders bare, such as strapless or off the shoulder. Paired with a high updo, the eyes are subconsciously drawn upward. It elongates the neck and gives a touch of elegance.
