Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

After 7 ½ wonderful years with Sinal’s Carpet Cleaning—5 of them as the owner—it is time for me to share some exciting news. I have made the decision to sell the company and begin a new chapter in my life.

Effective immediately, Sinal’s Carpet Cleaning will transition to a new name: Versatileer (formerly Sinal’s Carpet Cleaning). The phone number will remain the same 708-535-2073 but billing address and email will change to… 15500 Natalie Dr, Oak Forest, IL 60452 and [email protected]

The company will now be owned and operated by someone many of you already know well—Jerry Marquardt. Jerry has been an integral part of Sinal’s for 6 ½ years and has been my right-hand man throughout. His dedication, skill, and commitment to quality service make him the perfect person to carry forward the business and the relationships we’ve built together.

I want to personally thank each of you—our customers, property managers, and business partners—for your trust, loyalty, and support over the years. It has truly been an honor to serve you and to watch Sinal’s Carpet Cleaning grow with your help.

Jerry knows the business inside and out and will continue providing the same quality service you’ve come to expect. I am deeply grateful for your trust and support over the years, and I encourage you to continue that support with Jerry and Versatileer.

We are located off of southwest highway and 136th street.

Now we can reach more commercial and residential spaces with the services you all know and love!

Carpet being a three dimensional surface/material. Soiled areas can be very hard to spot by the human eye. Yearly professional maintenance is a must if not every 6 months.
