Fox Forestry is hiring an experienced Lead Arborist Crew Leader in Coastal Maine.
We are looking for someone who is safe, thoughtful, respectful, and already experienced leading tree work. This person must be able to run a crew, operate a bucket truck, drive with a Class A or B CDL, and handle technical pruning, removals, storm work, and hazard-tree situations.
Starting wage is $26-$35/hour depending on on experience, with a clear path for growth after specific targets are met for safety, leadership, equipment care, production, customer communication, and licensing/certifications.
This is a full-time, year round position with a company that values safety, professionalism, forestry knowledge, and doing the job right. Maine arborist license, forestry background, ISA/TCIA credentials, CPR/First Aid, aerial rescue, or pesticide license are all a plus.
