Happy to jump back to #2016 and share!
We started the year off as Newlyweds and continued our Infertility Journey (who knew it would take so long- Sigh)
Photo 1- Steven planned our honeymoon which was a Four Seasons Private Jet tour around the world
(Still the best trip of our lives)
Photo 2- We celebrated 5 years of his (then) restaurant Phillipe Chow
Photo 3- Surprised our parents with a Hawaiian Cruise for their 40th Wedding Anniversary
Photo 4 -Planned my first Adult Halloween Party (still going strong)
Photo 5 -Celebrated Mom's 70th Birthday and gifted her her very first designer bag
Photo 6 -I gifted Steven a framed map of our honeymoon for our First Wedding Anniversary
Photo 7 -Steven surprised me for our First Anniversary with our exact wedding meal back where we got married at The Rainbow Room in a private room
(Also found out that VERY DAY that my first (of many) transfers DID NOT TAKE. I was devastated but celebrated nonetheless because as long as we have each other we would be just fine
Photo 8 - Took a trip to our favorite place Montage Laguna to celebrate our One Year Anniversary where I surprised him with a suite for the weekend and a private dinner celebrating US
Photo 9 -Hosted some family and one of my brothers for Christmas (I want to do more of this)
Photo 10 -Christmas photo of just us and our pups, longing for the day we would or could add to our family 🤞🏼
(Who knew only 2 more Christmas until we would become parents)
Photo 11 - Watched to ball drop live in Times Square with a private group for the first time
Lessons in all of this.... If you want to make God laugh DON'T tell him your plans. Your life has a plan in motion and TIMING is truly everything.
I've learned (continue to learn) to TRUST and believe in when it is right it will happen.
Let's continue to learn & shine for 2026 ⭐️
