On site position | Full-time | Junior Agent

We’re a new bilingual call center based in the U.S. and Central America, and we’re hiring our first agent to join us and grow together while you learn about the call center industry.

What you'll do:

Answer inbound and outbound calls

Assist clients in English and Spanish

Follow scripts and client instructions

Provide great customer service, with empathy and professionalism

Follow up with clients through emails and chats.



Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish

Experience in customer service, sales, or call centers (Experience is a plus but not necessary)

Willing to work U.S. business hours

What we offer:

Notes:

For professional reason we will be signing an independent contractor agreement for the benefits of both parties.

Requirements:
*Fluent in English speaking and writing.
Must be disciplined, responsible, and goal-oriented.
*Sales experience is a plus.
