The Republican Party moved away from its conservation ethos in the last few decades, but Gov. Ron DeSantis is one of many Republicans re-igniting that in Florida.

Election outcome: I first thank God. I thank my mother for her unwavering love, support and hard work. I thank my supporters- volunteers and voters. I thank my donors. All of which have made generous contributions in one way or another. I am extremely humbled to have had the support of so many to serve our community. Unfortunately, it didn’t go our way, but I am extremely pleased with the many people I got to meet and the new friends I have made! On to the next chapter!

Question to Mercedes Fonseca for Orange County Commission District 4💙
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Answer:👇
While with Orange County, I served on the Community Action Board, which serves the economically disadvantaged. I began working on the 2 Gen Initiative, which is an evidenced based, holistic approach program that removes barriers and helps promote self-sufficiency. My hope would be to partner with our Faith based community. Identify services provided by the County and respective Faith based organization(s). Eliminate duplication of services and instead offer services/programs that are current to the needs of the community. Also, look at tax incentives to rejuvenate areas that are in need of revitalization.💪💥👊

Voting today until 7 PM at your designated polling place!
