The start on how to dispute a bankruptcy!!!

This works for all public records. It is important to follow the steps.
Send a validation letter to the credit bureaus.
When credit bureaus respond verified, then send the letter on the next page to the court (or whoever is listed on the public record)
When you receive a reply back, send that letter reply and the letter on the 3rd page to the credit bureaus, certified.
You can also call the courts and ask. Just include the number you called and the name of the person you spoke with. Include that info in step 3.
Make sure to modify the letters to fit your scenario.

Credit cards with EIN only .
Capital on tap , they soft pull experian so it needs to be unlocked , they also want you to link your business bank as proof of income.
Citizens Bank business MC , EIN # not sure if this is still offered. Go to website for phone number and call them.
Sams Club store card and MC EIN # apply in store, they check Business Experian, needs atleast a 70 score.
American Express business cards , soft pull on Experian if you’re already a card holder, business or personal, if not already a card holder it’s a hard pull on experian.
Divvy EIN number and business bank account linked, apply online and they will reach out to you.
GM business MC or Bloc , unlock credit for soft pull on transunion or Equifax , Before you accept offer relock your credit and accept.
If you’re looking for business credit but don’t want your personal credit ran , Lock all 3 credit ,,,
Trans, Experian,Equifax by DLing app or on their websites.
Advise,,,,,You won’t go far in business credit if you don’t use your personal credit, personal guarantee, fix your personal credit and doors will start opening.
