What if the person helping you doesn’t have to be as good as you?

One of the biggest things holding originators back is the belief that “Nobody can do it like I can.”

But Brian and Dustin break down a different way to look at delegation:

You don’t need your loan partner to be better than you.
You need them to be better than the competition.

Give someone 80% of the process, make it their full-time job, train them, mentor them, and let them take ownership.

Because 80% done by someone else can free you up to focus on the 20% only YOU can do.

Yes, they might make mistakes. Yes, growth isn’t always linear. But if you never let go, you’ll never build a business that can grow beyond you.
