š A Turning Point for Clean Energy
For the first time in history, renewable energy (solar and wind) has generated more electricity than coal. That milestone ā may seem like a small percentage shift, but it represents something much bigger: momentum.
Globally, clean energy is accelerating faster than anyone expected. Solar alone met more than 80% of new global energy demand in 2025. Indiaās renewable buildout is outpacing its energy growth, and China installed more solar capacity than the rest of the world combined ā helping other countries expand access to affordable, sustainable power.
This isnāt just policyāitās physics and economics at work. Solar and wind are now, in many places, cheaper to build and operate than coal. Thatās a true inflection point for our planet and our future.
Thereās still uneven progress, and plenty of work aheadāespecially here in the U.S.ābut the direction is clear. The world is moving toward clean, renewable, resilient energy.
And at ecoPreserve, weāre proud to be part of that movement ā helping communities and organizations turn sustainability goals into measurable impact.
Letās keep the momentum going. š±šØāļø
