You can't eat donuts in the am and expect to work it off in the pm. It doesn't work that way. A steady diet of healthy foods along w/ a regular visit to the gym well help you see the results you want.

Tips for tighter hips... Squats are one of the most powerful exercises that can help you tighten your hips and thighs. Stand with your legs placed slightly apart. Keeping your back straight, bend at the knees till your thighs are parallel to the ground. Return to standing position. Placing your feet wider makes for a better exercise. When you set a goal in life there's no such thing as ( I don't feel like it on not today ) there's only GET IT DONE how ever you have to! Don't waste time thinking about what you could've done. Get up and get it done!

Just got home and had a great workout!!! Went to failure on every set. Time for protein, creatine, l-gutamine, amino along w/ some bible and then ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz.........
