A portion of the proceeds will go to a local charity! The event is kind of like bingo. This is a FREE EVENT that's open to the public. This is also a market featuring 20 local vendors you can shop from. Vendors will auction off items from their shop to the players for just quarters! Each guest pays to enter the quarter auction. - $3.00 a paddle $5 for 2 paddles
Some people buy more than one paddl
e so they can play more than one auction. They use the same paddle all night to bid quarter on items that the consultants have donated. The guests bid on each item by putting their quarter(s) into a basket and holding up their paddle. Each item has a minimum bid. It could be 1-3 quarters. As each item is “closed” for bidding, a number is picked from a bowl of numbered chips and whoever owns that number on their paddle wins the prize. If you do not bid and your number is pulled, then you do not win. We call you a 'No Bidder" and another number is pulled until a winner is called.
