That's the whole premise behind this week's Thursday 5er — and honestly, it's the marketing system I wish every clinic owner had from day one.

They struggle because there is no clarity.

In year one, it is easy to mistake opportunity for strategy. New services get added, directions start to shift, and the clinic slowly becomes something it was never intentionally designed to be.

Sometimes patients are not saying “no” to treatment. They are asking for more clarity, reassurance, or time to fully understand the value behind the care being recommended.

For the past seven months, you've been sending in questions about running your hormone or functional medicine clinic — and in this week's Special Edition episode, my business partner Patrick Dermody and I sat down and went through as many as we could.

Patrick was the general manager when we grew our Orlando clinic from 200 to over 1,000 patients. Between us, we've made a lot of mistakes — and figured out what actually works.
