TRAIN WITH PURPOSE. PREPARE FOR REALITY.

Tactical training should not be measured by how impressive it looks, but by how effectively it prepares an officer to respond when it truly matters.

As part of their professional development, our officers were exposed to controlled, high-stress scenarios that included OC (pepper spray) exposure, subject control and detention using mechanical restraints, weapon retention and protection of the duty fi***rm, low-light and nighttime fi***rms training, response from inside a vehicle, shooting while moving and under stress, as well as casualty rescue and assistance to an injured teammate.

Every exercise had a purpose: to strengthen discipline, situational awareness, emotional control, safety, decision-making, communication, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Our objective is not to turn security officers into police officers or military personnel. It is to prepare them to confront, within the scope of their duties, authority, and responsibilities, realistic situations they may encounter while providing security services.

365 Security Management Group

365 Security Management Group is actively recruiting highly motivated Armed Security Professionals to support multiple security operations throughout Central Florida.

This is not a passive security position.

We are seeking individuals who understand that modern security operations require visibility, deterrence, mobility, situational awareness, adaptability, and decisive action under pressure.

Our officers are expected to operate with professionalism, confidence, and operational readiness at all times.

POSITION MISSION:

Serve as an Armed Floater / Relief Officer responsible for supporting multiple operational assignments including patrol operations, access control, event security, site coverage, incident response, and rapid deployment support as operational needs arise.

This position is designed for adaptable officers capable of reinforcing operations where needed most while maintaining a strong security presence and operational continuity across various assignments.

COMPENSATION:
• $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Additional incentives available based on performance, assignments, certifications, and operational needs
• Attractive and beneficial incentive opportunities for officers who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, flexibility, and strong operational performance

Significant overtime opportunities available for qualified and dependable officers

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactive patrol operations
• Coverage for multiple sites and assignments
• Relief coverage for officers and emergency staffing needs
• Access control and visitor verification
• Response to disturbances, suspicious activity, and emergencies
• Identification of security vulnerabilities and threats
• Detailed incident and activity report writing
• Monitoring CCTV and virtual surveillance platforms
• Professional interaction with clients, visitors, residents, and management
• Enforcement of post orders and operational procedures
• Conduct spot checks and operational support assignments
• Maintain strong visibility and professional command presence

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses
• Clean driving record (NO DUI)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance and physical readiness
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with surveillance and monitoring systems
• Flexibility to work multiple locations, schedules, and assignments

A+ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Military background
• Patrol experience (verifiable)
• Experience in event security, residential, commercial, or mobile patrol operations

PREFERRED:
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Portuguese is a plus
