Recognizing Professionalism That Makes a Difference

At 365 Security Management Group, we believe the true measure of a security professional is revealed when an unexpected emergency puts their training, judgment, and commitment to others to the test.

Today, we proudly recognize Officer José Gómez for his outstanding actions while on duty at Corona Cigar this past Saturday.

When faced with a critical medical emergency, Officer Gómez responded immediately with professionalism and composure. He promptly rendered first aid, activated the 911 emergency system, and remained focused on assisting the individual until emergency medical personnel arrived. His swift actions helped prevent the situation from becoming even more serious.

Customers and employees who witnessed the incident commended Officer Gómez for his calm demeanor, decisive response, and exceptional professionalism throughout the emergency.
