Are you a Diesel Mechanic, Aircraft Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician, Marine Mechanic, Service Technician, or Industrial Maintenance Technician?

Smart Inc. is on the lookout for skilled, dependable mechanics to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re experienced, well-equipped, and ready to take on unique mechanical challenges—especially overnight—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Support large-scale mechanical installations and creative builds
• Work overnight shifts as needed

What You Need:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on mechanical experience
• Must have your own tools
• Must be available for overnight work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience with creative or custom mechanical projects is a plus
