Right now, when Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT fetches data from a website to summarize it for a user, they often don't leave a traditional browser "fingerprint" like a human clicking a link does.
If a user clicks a source link inside an AI response, it usually shows up in your analytics under generic Direct Traffic or Referral Traffic, completely masked.
If the AI just reads your site to give the user a "Zero-Click" answer, that transaction is entirely invisible to Burst or Google Analytics.
You provided the value, but you got zero credit in the data stream.
That means your SEO isn't telling you everything you need to know because it can't. The technology isn't there yet. This means your user created content is even more critical because you don't know who's reading it, how often it's being read, and how leads are really coming to your business.
How interesting is that?
