We're Hiring: Client Services Team Member
Are you passionate about client success and experienced in healthcare services? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Services professional to join our team!
Who You’ll Be Serving
You'll be working with a full-service reference laboratory based in California, supporting its B2B (business-to-business) clients across the healthcare industry. As a key member of the Client Services team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and helping the lab deliver high-quality, reliable diagnostic services to its partners.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in the healthcare services industry
• 2 to 3 years of experience in client services and administrative tasks
Must have a dedicated home workspace and reliable equipment, including:
PC or laptop
Noise-canceling headset
Stable high-speed internet connection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Strong background in client interactions
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Onboarding & Implementation
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process
• Ensure a seamless handoff from Sales to Operations
• Set clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Serve as an internal advocate for client needs and concerns
Laboratory Adoption & Optimization
• Provide client training to maximize product usage and impact
• Share tailored insights and best practices based on client goals
• Analyze usage data and deliver actionable recommendations
• Issue Resolution & Support Liaison
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Billing and Client Services, to ensure resolution
Retention & Growth
• Monitor client health metrics and proactively manage potential risks
• Work to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and reduce churn
Reporting & Feedback
• Deliver regular reports on client engagement, performance, and satisfaction
• Gather feedback and communicate insights to internal teams and leadership
