Am I saying only men can eat regular burgers? NO
Am I saying a salad has to be on your plate for it to be healthy? NO
I’m saying you do NOT have to restrict your favorite foods in order to be on a health journey.
You can leave off the bun, you can add veggies, you can sub a few ingredients.
There are ways to make it work without restricting because when you DO restrict, you end up binge eating later and going ALL IN on the foods you’d been restricting.
