ChatGPT privacy settings...the one most people never turn off.

If you've been using ChatGPT and there's a quiet little worry in the back of your head about where your stuff is going... you're not being paranoid.

There's one setting most people never touch.

Settings > Data Controls > Turn off, "Improve the model for everyone."

That's it...that one toggle means your conversations aren't used for training.

Day 2 — Chapter 1: How Many Times Have You Started From Zero?

Chapter 1 question for you today.

The book makes this claim early: every month in the old business model starts at zero. You had a great launch in January? February doesn't care. You need to sell all over again.

So here's what I want you to sit with:

How many times in the last 12 months have you started from zero? Not as a guilt trip — as data.

Count the launches, the client searches, and the "Okay, how do I make money this month" moments.

Then look at the number.

That's the number that recurring revenue is built to fix.
