My name is Peter Roman, I live in Orlando (USA) and I am the founder and CEO of EQ Consulting International, Director of the Neurobusiness Association in the United States and Master Mind Commander. I am a Business Brain consultant, and work 100% with the company culture elevating them from simple sellers of products and services into creators of experiences! Since I was a child, I have always enjoyed being with people, playing, exchanging ideas, and having fun. Over time I discovered that through conversation I could also help or hurt them. My 20 years of television gave me a very important direction in how to deal with people and how to entertain them, but something was missing. The camera lens I was talking to did not transmit emotion to me and my contact with people passed through the filter of electronic devices. That is when the chance to talk to people through the lectures appeared and, this time, I knew I could do much more than just motivate. My encounter with neuroscience applied to people and business was like joining hunger with the desire to eat. My inner child that never ceased to manifest itself now walks a clear path of improving myself through improving the other. From there, EQ Consulting Internacional was born to help people and businesses understand what influences the choice of a product or service, where Excellence and Quality are generated by Emotional Intelligence (EQ) which, after all, is nothing more than understanding because we do what we do.

Meu nome é Peter Roman, moro em Orlando (EUA) e sou o fundador e CEO da EQ Consulting International, Diretor da Neurobusiness Association nos Estados Unidos e Comendador Master Mind. Sou um consultor de mentes de Negócio e trabalho 100% com a transformação das empresas de simples vendedoras de produtos e serviços em criadoras de experiências que, além de fandelizar seu cliente, praticamente elimina o turn over de colaboradores e retenção de talentos nas empresas. Desde criança, eu sempre gostei de estar com as pessoas, de brincar, trocar ideias e me divertir. Com o passar do tempo eu descobri que através da conversa eu também podia ajudar ou machuca-las. Meus 20 anos de televisão me deram uma direção muito importante de como lidar com as pessoas e como entretê-las, mas alguma coisa estava faltando. A lente da câmera para a qual eu falava não me transmitia emoção e meu contato com as pessoas passava pelo filtro dos aparelhos eletrônicos. Foi aí que apareceu a chance de voltar a falar para as pessoas através das palestras e, dessa vez, sabia que podia fazer muito mais do que somente motivar. Meu encontro com a neurociência aplicada as pessoas e negócios foi como juntar a fome a vontade de comer. Minha criança interna que nunca deixou de se manifestar agora trilha um caminho claro de se melhorar, melhorando o outro. Daí nasceu a EQ Consulting Internacional para ajudar as pessoas e negócios a entenderem o que influi na escolha de um produto ou serviço, aonde Excelência e Qualidade são geradas pela Inteligência Emocional (EQ) que, no fim das contas, nada mais é do que entender porque fazemos o que fazemos.
