Recycling has been around for thousands of years. Why not turn your recycling efforts into some cash. Throughout history many people have understood the importance of recycling. "It is good to realize that if love and peace can prevail on earth, and if we can teach our children to honor nature's gifts, the joys and beauties of the outdoors will be here forever."
— Jimmy Carter
"What we do today, r
ight now, will have an accumulated effect on all of our tomorrows."
— Alexandra Stoddard
The case for recycling is strong. Recycling requires a trivial amount of our time. Recycling saves money and reduces pollution. Recycling creates more jobs than landfilling or incineration. And a largely ignored but very important consideration, recycling reduces our need to dump our garbage in someone else's backyard.
