Last Wednesday we had the opportunity of participating in the annual L365 Rodeo Employee Appreciation Party at the Kia Center and it served as a powerful reminder of something we deeply believe:
“Customer Service is Every Employee’s job”
Great events are only possible because of great people.
We want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Orlando Magic and Orlando Venues for hosting and organizing such an outstanding evening dedicated to recognizing the hardworking individuals behind every successful event, show, concert, and game day experience.
Throughout the evening, team members had the opportunity to win an incredible variety of prizes ranging from signed jerseys and concert tickets to exclusive, limited-edition Orlando Magic memorabilia.
A special thank you as well to Levy Restaurants for the incredible cuisine and hospitality throughout the evening, and to our valued partners Metropolis and ABM organizations that stand beside us day in and day out to help create safe, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the doors.
Most importantly, we want to recognize the employees, supervisors, managers, and frontline staff who continue to show up with professionalism, dedication, and heart. Whether you work security, guest services, parking, housekeeping, operations, food service, or behind the scenes your efforts matter, and they do not go unnoticed.
Partnerships are important. But people are what truly make this industry special.
