AMCO: Richard, if you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would it be and why? “Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. – I would want to discuss the way the world is now compared to the way it was back then. I admire him because he leveraged his strengths to the advantage of others, he fought battles with ideas, he spoke with such clarity and conviction, and he chose the harder path. He was not from a wealthy family but was incredibly educated. He lived in a segregated south and I couldn’t imagine what he had to endure. His “I have a dream” speech lives within me and inspires me to be a better person and dream of a world he described. He will forever be one of the greatest leaders America (and the world) will ever know.”
