GRACE SEASONED WORDS
Colossians 4:6
Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
Low Self Esteemed Ministry is produced by a person ministering without ever being healed from ministry rejection or personal rejection.
The tone of your voice, volume of your voice, facial expressions and choice of words while teaching is not always the power of God. Sometimes it's the internal anger of past personal life and ministry rejection.
The difference between a global ministry and a local ministry might have nothing to do with the location of your ministry. It may have everything to do with your mindset while speaking
I recently had to repent of a conversation that I was involved in. I generally examine myself first after all conflicts to make sure my words were seasoned with grace. Colossians 4:6 Let your speech at all times be gracious and pleasant, seasoned with salt, so that you will know how to answer each one who questions you. Amplified Bible
Teaching as one having authority doesn't mean teaching as one demonstrating authority. Matthew 7:29 For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
Usually if you have to tell someone you're the man, you're the husband, you're the father, you're the pastor or you're the apostle you're very busy trying to convince yourself.
The Purpose of Seasoning
Seasoning is about improving the flavor of your food and satisfying the taste buds which will reduce eating too much. Many times over eating has nothing to do with our stomachs but everything to do with our tongues.
Our words and conversations need to be seasoned with grace. If you can't forgive it's probably a pattern.
