Position may be split, full time estimator and full time project manager.
Pay is based on experience and skills. Range $60k-$120k.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Orlando, Florida. The Project Manager will create estimates and bid on projects; if awarded they will plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will also hire and supervise staff, conduct inspections and coordinate logistics management.
Qualifications
Experience in estimating, project management and construction
Competency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and budgets
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the Project Manager include:
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not a requirement
Experience in glass and glazing is recommended but experience in construction a requirement
Project management experience in construction field is a big plus
Proficient in project management software and tools
