I’ve been in the customer service industry since 1993. Having 21 years of experience in this industry, I’ve worked in various environments such as grocery stores, drug stores, clothing stores, legal supply, various call centers and in the insurance industry in professional offices. In all of these environments, I’ve had different roles, however, all the roles have one thing in common; I’ve always
been representing someone's business. I've made plenty of mistakes along the way and I have tried to improve every time learning from the experiences. Through these years of experience, it's been easy for me notice customer service standards and shortcomings in most businesses. I am qualified to train and lead customer service representatives in any field as there are basic practices that can be implemented by any representative in any business, from professional dress, greeting and proper handling of customer requests. My services are beneficial to every business owner since customer retention is a must. Without a happy customer, it is nearly impossible to have a successful business. Without adequate service representation, business owners have to put in extra work to bring in more new customers that eventually will go elsewhere. My services include a short assessment of your representative's service and a brief training for all representatives within the business regardless of their position or duties. I also make sure the business owner has the adequate training information on hand for all new hires.
