That’s a wrap on the spring season of Homeschool Garden Club 🏡🪏 we welcomed an incredible group of new gardeners who learned what it takes to make vegetables grow- from seed to harvest. Over an 8 week season, we grew green beans from seed, harvested a ton of squash, learned all about pollination, bugs, soil, and compost and more. Students are learning through hands-on experiences in a multitude of outdoor classrooms the kitchen house gardens provide for us. Who’s joining us next season?! That’s a wrap on our latest install 💪🪏 3 part build with cedar raised beds for veggies 🥕, corten steel beds for herbs and pollinators 🌿🌼 , and coop boxes for the gals🐓 From a design perspective we were grateful to flex our creative muscles on this project. When everything fills in this garden is going to be extremely dynamic from a texture, color, and size perspective while also producing a significant amount of produce for the client.

Our garden grows a lot more than vegetables 🌿
This time of year, it becomes a little rest stop for birds traveling through during spring migration, giving them a place to land, refuel, and keep going.
Putting out a feeder is such a simple way to support them, especially when they need it most. Plus I love to watch them enjoy all our garden has to offer.

Homeschool Garden Club is back at with and this season we’re growing deeper in the garden. 🪏🌱

Over the course of 8 weeks, kids will immerse themselves in a hands-on outdoor experience focused on garden stewardship, learning what it really takes to care for a garden from seed to harvest. Spring season culminates in a garden to table cooking session hosted by The Kitchen House. Wednesdays | 10:00–11:30 AM | March 25–May 13 | College Park, Orlando.

Grow Your Soul is excited to launch our brand new partnership with Lake Highland Prep 🌿✨ We are kicking off an afterschool garden program for available lower elementary school students. Yesterday students planted their own mini grow boxes with strawberries, lettuce, and onions. 🧅🥬 🍓 - next week we’ll be planting out our big garden beds with a ton more winter veggies. Looking forward to an abundant season. 🥦🫶🏻

Two beautiful beds installed this week 💪 🌱 winter is not the off season for gardening in Florida. In fact, it’s the best time to grow so many favorites. 🥬🥕🥦 Leafy greens, root veggies, and brassicas LOVE these cooler. Get out there and grow!
