Route Update Notice

Hello customers,

We want to let everyone know that our Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday routes have now been completed.

If your garbage was not collected and you fall on one of these days, it is due to ice and/or snow on your road or driveway, which prevented our drivers from being able to safely access your trash cans.

We will be back on our regular schedule next week and we will make sure everything gets picked up and cleaned up.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience the ice and snow have caused.

Hello,

This is a reminder that we will begin servicing our Monday trash route customers tomorrow, 2/2/2026. Once Monday is picked up we will begin working on Tuesday if time allows. We will be working till dark.

Due to icy and snow-covered conditions, we will not be able to travel down icy or snow-covered driveways. If your driveway is icy or snow covered, please place your trash at the road for pickup.

This is for this week only, and we appreciate your cooperation as we work to keep our drivers and equipment safe.

🚨Subject Weather Delay🚨
Temporary Trash Pickup Schedule Change 🚛

Dear Customers,

Due to current weather conditions, we will begin picking up our Monday route on Tuesday.

Important pickup information for this week:
• If your driveway is icy, trash cans must be placed at the road. Our trucks will not travel on ice- or snow-covered driveways.
• Once the Monday route is complete, we will attempt to begin the Tuesday route.
• All customers, regardless of your normal pickup day, should have trash out by Tuesday and leave it out until it is collected. We do not plan on running any sooner than your normal day, but it will be later in hopes we catch up.
• We will collect trash wherever it is safe to do so, but we will not attempt icy roads or driveways.
• We understand there may be extra trash, and that is not a problem.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these conditions safely.

⚠️ Important Service Update ⚠️

Due to hazardous road conditions, downed trees and power lines blocking access in certain areas, dump closures, and business closures, we have made the difficult decision that Frank’s Disposal will not be running any routes this week. This will allow time for conditions to improve and help us stay out of the way of the incredible workers who are clearing roads, removing debris, and restoring our communities.

We want to especially recognize and thank the linemen working tirelessly to restore power to so many who are without — including our very own Ted Frank and both of our drivers. Because Ted currently does not have power, if you try to call our office he will be unable to answer at this time.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but please know we are committed to getting everyone cleaned up as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.

If there is anything we can do to help any of our customers, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Our hearts and prayers are with each of you during this difficult and stresful time. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. ❤️

Hello and Happy Sunday ☺️
We wanted to let everyone know that on Saturday we had to have our main truck taken to the shop. With that being said, we will be running 3 trucks until we get it back. We need everyone to have their trash out no later than 5:00am and please give us until 5:00pm before you question if we missed your stop. As of now we’re not sure how long that will be, but will post here once we resume back to normal. Thank you all for being understanding and patient with us during this time.
