A Cheaper Bookkeeper I am a Bookkeeper with 18 yrs of experience to offer my clients. I help you understand your business I started in the accounting field before I earned my degree.

I had to micromanage my finances and found that I could do that for companies. I earned my degree and started working for a real estate company that built condos and town homes in Mexico. During my time at the company I digitized the contract and created an excel spreadsheet to merge into the contract. This limited mathematical errors in addition the contract was used in a proprietary system that

I helped test during its creation. My next position was a temporary one in an Oil and Gas company where I created a daily budget report for the management. I kept track of the funding needed for payables and verified the processes were followed in accordance with the companies procedures. My next position at a CPA firm opened me up to working with a variety of company structures. I did accounts payable and receivable for doctors offices, tradesman and restaurants. I completed full cycle bookkeeping for the CPA's clients. Upon leaving I continued on my own providing those services at a cheaper price for smaller businesses. On my own work for companies that only had the owner as the employee to small businesses that have up to 10 people working for them. I help with any facet of accounting and build lasting relationships with their CPA's. I participate and work closely with software companies when the client wants to switch to a software that suits their needs.
